Take a break from the computer and join us for a Bike Ride.
All the rides are slow paced... Great for the beginner or anyone that's looking for a good time.
Riders are of all ages... Young adults through seniors.
We have ride leaders at both the front and rear of the group to make sure that no one gets lost or left behind.
THIS IS A FUN RIDE NOT A RACE.
Rides are held on the first Friday of every month at 6pm during daylight savings time. Ride maps are posted on bikeathens.com normally about 1 week before the ride. Click on "Courteous Mass".
The rides leave from Downtown Athens at the corner of College Ave and Washington Street.
There is no registration. Just show up with your bike, helmet and water bottle.
